Speakers include Kathleen Ackley, Executive Director of the Wallowa Land Trust, and Nils Christoffersen, Executive Director of Wallowa Resources. The session will be hosted on Zoom and feature a Q&A session moderated by Ben Dair Rothfuss. Conservation Finance Manager at Sustainable Northwest.

 

The intended audience for the presentation includes anyone interested in the process of establishing a community forest, drawing primarily from residents of the North Coast. During the presentation, attendees are instructed to submit questions via the “Chat” box. These will then be relayed to the speakers. Because the session will stream on the Zoom platform, attendees are required to register in order to receive the meeting link. We collect name and email address only, and will never sell or share your information, but cannot allow anonymous participants. The registration link will be shared by email, Water District website, and on the NW Community Forest website.
