Who will be joining? We will be joined by Lawyers for Good Government (L4GG) to kick off the first quarterly webinar of 2025. L4GG’s Climate Change and Environmental Justice Program tackles the causes and effects of climate change by providing legal resources and services to states, local governments, NGOs, and frontline communities to expedite the country’s just transition to a green economy and to directly address environmental racism.

What will be covered? During this session, we’ll be covering the fundamentals of direct pay: what it is, why it is important, and the role that states can play in promoting uptake and use.
