Since joining SNW in 2013, Lee has built the Making Energy Work for Rural Oregon coalition, organized the coalition of Klamath conservation groups and Tribes who are advancing positive messages about dam removal and restoration, and facilitated the Lower John Day Place-Based Work Group to build a balanced water plan for the basin.
As Director of Programs, she now supports each director to engage in high-performing and forward-looking strategies, partnerships, and policies.
Lee enjoys skiing, tennis, gardening, and fishing with her family.
